Job Description
The job holder is responsible to supervise, organize, monitor, and oversee the over-all activities and operation; allocation and distribution of vehicles, stock maintenance, …etc, needed to fulfill the expected level of service and meet client requirements. The job holder is responsible to organize, oversee, advice, and support the vehicle, equipment, maintenance, and all other operations or activities at the perspective area; Yard …etc, as per prescribed quality, safety recommendation, or any other operating standards or manuals.
- Communicate, coordinate, follow up and collaborate with other internal parties or units, in order to ensure the smoothness of operations.
- Monitor, control, advice or update safety and security concerns within the respective area, and ensure abiding to it by all staff to lower possibilities of having hazards.
- Play as the key responsible for achievement within the respective area; goals, KPIs, objectives…etc, and derive the staff and resources for the achievement.
- Play as the key role in preparing, submitting, modifying and keep updates for unit reports; quarterly , semi annual , annual reports; business plan…etc.
- Supervise, monitor and control all procedures, practices or ❖ Code: Validated CHD-FM-58 2 of 3 Rev. 02 implementations; storing, planning, data flow …etc.
- Supervise and monitor all resources; equipments, vehicles, facilities, machines, instruments…etc, to be properly handled, used, or stored within respective area and ensure fulfilment of maintenance activities when needed
- Supervise the knowledge management part among the respective to the desired level; direct simple documentation, quality system, corporate knowledge… or any.
- Coordinate the allocation for the needed human resources according to workload, processing time within the respective and report back about any related issue; staff training, technical staff, number of employee with desired competency…etc.
- Oversee the activities of the staff and the unit to ensure the requisite quality of service is being rendered and to maintain the quality standards across it.
