Marketing Officer

1. Assist the Manager in Planning the Marketing Activities.

• Promotions.
• POSM.
• Social Media.

1. Follow-up & monitor the execution of planned marketing activities.
2. Submission of report with analysis on the executed activities.
3. Monitor the approved budget vs the spending.
4. Distribution of POSM to all the GCC or sharing the POSM designs with all the concerned people of GCC.
5. In Market Sales Analysis of all countries and to be present monthly.
6. Analyze the market data internal and external as an when advised and present as agreed.
7. Assist the Brand Manager in sales analysis (by category / by channel), planning.
8. Visiting the market in association with the Brand Manager and report the findings.
9. Communicate with agencies to get the required data / information / POSM designs as per the company requirement and guidelines. It has to be shared with the manager for approval.
10. Periodic (every six months) competitors price analysis in all GCC.
11. Assisting in preparation (orders from all countries, Co packing, Promo stickers) of promotions orders as that it reaches the GCC in agreed time line.
12. Search and update the manager with the exhibition / events and plan / arrange for the agreed exhibition / events requirements.
13. Training of sales / merchandiser / promotors.
14. Support and coordinate with product development team- GCC countries.

Updating planogram and merchandising techniques with brand managers.

• Arabic Speaker (Native) with Excellent English (Read/Speak/Writing)
• MS office (Advance Level)
• Ability to resolve problems in an efficient manner
• A complete understanding of manufacturing processes
• Successful application of health and safety practices
• Good leadership skills and a desire to work in a team environment
• Effective communication, analytical & interpersonal skills
• Good Planner with time Management Skills
