Summary:
We are looking for a Field Technician to be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment in the field. The Field Technician will troubleshoot technical issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide timely and quality service to our clients.
Job Responsibility:
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment in the field
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Complete work orders and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and quality service
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Field Technician or similar role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of equipment and tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
