Adeem Uniform’s is seeking a motivated and experienced sales representative to drive our Business to business sales targets within our various uniform sales divisions (Ghoush- military and industrial, Kasia- Medical and Hospitality, Adeem – school Uniforms). Successful candidates who meet all targets have an opportunity to cultivate a long standing and stable career at Adeem Uniforms. We will provide an introductory training program, which includes product knowledge, sales processes and guidelines.
Responsibilities include:
- Acquire and identify new business opportunities and follow up on potential leads
- Develop sales strategies and meet targets
- Cold calling, Screening & Qualify incoming sales calls
- Setting appointments with prospects and presenting client requirements reports to management
- Meet clients and present samples as needed
- Update & maintain prospect database
- Prepare quotations, contracts, power points, other presentations
- Manage sales/marketing material, garment samples, electronic files, catalogues
Skills
- Excellent phone skills
- Exceptional written and oral skills (English & Arabic a plus)
- Must be a self-starter and a pro-active team member
- Proven Sales & Marketing experience
- Experience in garment manufacturing and/or fabric composition a plus
- Knowledge of tenders in military, industrial and medical sectors an advantage
- Telephone marketing, database management experience
- Proficient in Office 365 applications (teams, word, excel and powerpoint)
- Eager to learn and update skills as needed

It’s Sri Lanka Factory (Established 2015) caters for their schools and corporate division. Manufacturing 500,000 units per annum and serving 70,000 students from the Kingdom's largest and most prominent schools.
In line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 initiative, which aims to localize 50 percent of military procurement. Adeem has revitalized and fully transform its local facility in Riyadh, K.S.A. As a result of this expansion, Adeem has successfully launched a new division dedicated to military uniform production, with operations scheduled to begin in March 2024.
