Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a prominent regional group operating across engineering services, complex systems integration, and long-term asset management. Our client is looking to hire a dynamic and innovative Arabic-speaking Learning & Development Facilitator to design and deliver high-impact training initiatives for our client's diverse workforce, including both local and expatriate talent. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping the future of the organization through cutting-edge learning solutions.Responsibilities:- Build a centralized training academy to deliver leadership, functional, and behavioral learning programs. - Conduct training needs assessments to align learning strategies with business objectives.- Lead onboarding and skills development initiatives to empower employees at all levels.- Collaborate with business leaders and external partners to design and develop engaging training content.- Facilitate interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to maximize learner engagement.- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, tracking outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.- Foster a culture of learning by promoting growth and development across the organization.Requirements- Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written). - Proven experience in L&D facilitation and instructional design.- Skilled in e-learning tools such as Articulate, Moodle, and MS Teams.- Exceptional presentation, communication, and organizational skills.- Demonstrated success in developing UAE Nationals within a corporate environment.Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits
